Transparent Sidewall: The tire sidewall is left without the outer most rubber layer so the casing ply is visible. The bare casing ply gives the tire sidewall a natural, retro appearance that compliments older bikes and steel frame bikes very well. 

Reflective Sidewall: A thin, silver light-reflecting strip on both sidewalls that adds visibility and safety to our city/commuter/urban tires.
